KAREN

In 2008, Karen set out on this wonderful journey of cake decorating, inspired to create a masterpiece for her son. From there, long hours and pleasurable training coupled with Karen’s love for art, design and painstakingly attention to detail has rewarded Karen as an up and coming cake decorator amongst the industry.

In 2018 amongst her friends, peers and industry colleagues, Karen won the Australian Cake Decorating Network’s ‘’Decorator of the Year’’.

​

Karen has been accepted to teach at ‘’SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo 2019’’ in Miami Florida, one of Americas’ most dynamic and engaging events for cake and candy industry professionals, enthusiasts and hobby bakers. Karen will be sharing her knowledge and skills with some of the best in the world, including a few other proud Aussies.
